Elvis Festival Has Branson, MO All Shook Up


Branson Elvis Festival comes back to Branson, MO April 16th throught the 18th. The event is presented by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. Legends in Concert will be hosting the event this year. This is the 4th Annual Branson Elvis Festival that has been held in Branson. The event features all things Elvis including the Elvis vendor village which will be in the lobby of Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theatre, a tribue to Elvis done by Tony and the Comback Special LIVE in concert at the Branson Landing, and the Elvis Tribute Artist Contest.

There are several Elvis acts in Branson that you can choose to visit for your Elvis Festival celebration. Legends in Concert has an act that includes the music of many greats. Elvis will be featured specially for the Elvis Festival. Other music included in the concert are songs by Marilyn Monroe, The Blues Brothers, and other classic music songs and groups from the past.

Tony Roi’s Elvis Experience is another great Elvis act found in the Branson area. His show is a tribute dedicated entirely to Elvis. He covers all of the Elvis favorites from slow ballads to upbeat rock. When you go to Tony Roi’s Elvis Experience, expect nothing but Elvis in a 2 hour long celebration of Elvis’ great career in music.

Kenny G Plays at The Mansion Theatre in Branson, MO


Kenneth Bruce Gorelick, better known as Kenny G, will be playing at The Mansion Theatre in Branson, Missouri. His May 24th performance is sure to bring down the house as his classic saxaphone playing is known all over the nation for its excellence and soul. Kenny G music live can only be an experience to remember.

Kenny G will be playing music from all 9 of his full length albumns. His ‘Rhythm and Romance’ albumn will also be featured in his performance, so whether you are a fan of his earlier work or his new work, you’re sure to hear something that pleases you.

See the World Event Organized in Branson, Missouri


See the World in Branson, Missouri is an event the whole city of Branson gets in on. From April 3rd to May the 2nd, Branson puts on an event that features cultural and international experiences from almost every nation in the world. There will be decorations, attractions, and entertainment in venues all over town to represent different places in the world. With one stop in Branson, you could experience every part of the world.

Local venues such as theaters, restaurants, and hotels will all be a part of the action. With an event such as this one, you will want to book your room quickly before the town fills up with visitors interested in enjoying the experience. The Branson Area Receptive Association (BARA) is organizing the entire event and getting different locations involved. Women’s Veteran Week Returns to Branson, MO!


Branson will be hosting its Annual Women’s Veteran Week this year from May 19 – 24. The celebration typically features a week filled with activities and celebrations specifically geared around America’s many women veterans with past events having included Women Golf Day at Thousand Hills Golf Resort and various Meet and Greets.

And while hotel space certainly becomes limited during Women’s Veteran Week, that’s not to say that you’re out of luck if you’ve yet to make reservations. Comedic Icons Return to Branson for 2010


As Branson’s 2010 season draws near, constant reports of new acts are beginning to be announced. The latest news out of Branson indicates that funnymen Ray Stevens and Paul Harris will be returning after brief departures, offering Ozarks visitors a variety of quality, laugh-out-loud entertainment options!

Paul Harris, noted for his seamless combination of down-home humor and earnest musical talent, will be filling seats at Music City Centre, though exact show dates have yet to be announced. Those that have seen Paul’s past performances at the Clay Cooper Theater and Yakov’s Theatre can expect the same brand of honest comedy and equally impressive musical numbers while first-time visitors will quickly learn why Paul is considered one of the top comedians to ever grace a Branson stage.

Having laid the foundation for many comedian-songwriters such as Paul, the legendary Ray Stevenswill also be returning to Branson with his iconic sense of humor still very much intact. Ray will call the Welk Resort Theater home from September 15 through October 23, presenting guests with classics such as “The Streak,” as well as new material that includes “We the People.”

Along with the addition of Paul Harris and Ray Stevens, Branson’s comedy scene will be rounded out by Jim Stafford, Yakov Smirnoff, Red Skelton, Bob Nelson, Keith “Red” Allen, and the Comedy Jamboree for a variety of light-hearted entertainment and laughs.

Branson Slows Way Down Come January


Lake QueenChristmas is sneaking up on us and most people are consumed by the spirit of the season. That is how it should be. However, you may want to start thinking ahead to the new year, which is quickly sneaking up on us!
